Got this and immediately went and washed one of my tallest windows outside, just used water on the cloth.The rubber does not go completely to the ends of the metal holding it, so I am a bit concerned they may end up bent? Over all it works ok and I really need one. The fabric is soft and it went on ok. I feel the cost should be a bit less though...I say its worth the money...has 2 cloths which is nice.. they seem to rinse out well. I will see how well it works for a year and write a new review in a year!I hate the chore of washing my inside windows. It’s frustrating because they don’t clean well and always leave streaks. Also, I am physically short so reaching the tops of the pain is quite difficult.I finally found the Ittaho Window Cleaner. It is fantastic!The soft microfiber scrubber takes the soap scum off my shower walls and door. I spray the soap off and then squeegee it clean and dry.It works just as well on my inside windows. There is a long extendable pole to reach the high windowsI highly recommend this aid for window cleaning. It has been a great help for meIt is quite durable.I used it too clean my tall windows out side. The wedge isnt thick enough it will scratch the glass id not really carefulI bought these to clean the windows inside and out in my third story apartment (not the easiest task). Just used them today for the first time. The main thing I wanted was to clean the outside with this because I have to pop the window out and take the screen out and reach around from the inside I can’t reach the top of the window. The cloth cleaning attachment is too soft to get off most of the dirt that sticks to the window, especially near the frame of the window. I had to take a rough wash cloth and clip it around the squeegee and scrub it that way. The squeegee doesn’t get the water off all the way on the edges either. It didn’t squeegee the water off near the frame of the window at all. The edges aren’t sturdy enough, if that makes sense? They kind of bend and don’t pull the water down. The fact that it extends is really the only thing that helped me out. Cloth wasn’t a help and the squeegee didn’t get all the water off but my windows are clean nonetheless.BuenoI am buying this to clean my outside windows. This product is relatively easy to put togther, however, don't expect a very solid setup. The plastic is flimsy, but it still able to do the job. The squeegee is a little hard. well, it works... If you are looking for an affordable solution, this product will serve your needs.Super love it it works perfectly, and also the price is amazing.
